DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the do-it-yourself version of our Tourné routes. In our guidebooks you will find information that will accompany you from the beginning to the end of the route. You have a choice of two routes: Cycle to Muskiz, through the industrial age with the sea as your final destination. Or choose the Portu Zaharra route, which leads to the sea via the Puente Bizkaia in the direction of Getxo. There are three route options:
- A digital guide to download
- A physical guide that you can get from us in the shop when you hire your bike*
- GPS tracking
Although the routes are relatively long, this is not a problem with an e-bike. The routes are also close to alternative means of transport such as the metro or regional train, where you can hop on your bike and easily return to Tourné.
How to use the GPS tracking:
To optimise your ride, we recommend using GPS tracking together with the guide (or without it). It’s simple: just go to your phone’s app store and download an app that reads the gpx format (insert gpx into the search engine) and open the file with it. After downloading, open the track via the GPX app and call up the route. The design varies from app to app, but one thing is certain: you will see a map that shows your own location and the entire route. If you have any questions, we will be happy to clarify them when you are in our shop.
* We require a deposit of 5 euros for the physical route guide. This will be refunded when the bikes are returned.
