On average, you can ride between 60 and 70 kilometers on a single charge with our e-bikes. The exact range depends on factors such as the level of assistance you use, the terrain, and your riding style. For example, using eco mode will extend the battery life and allow for longer distances, while higher assistance levels, such as turbo mode, consume more battery but provide extra support, especially on hills.
We use high-quality e-bikes from Orbea, which offer multiple assistance levels that you can easily adjust during your ride. For multi-day rentals, a charger is included so you can conveniently recharge the battery whenever needed.
-
If your e-bike is stolen, please contact us and the police immediately. Inform us about the location and the circumstances of the theft so we can assist you with the necessary steps.
All bikes are provided with strong locks and we ask customers to always lock the bike when leaving it parked. If you rent a bike for multiple days, we recommend asking your accommodation if it is possible to store the bike indoors.
