The total payment of private and exclusive tours is due 2 weeks prior to the tour.

Cancellations of the complete booking made less than 1 month in advance can get a 50% refund. Total cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the tour are not refundable.

In case of cancellations due to severe weather conditions  with indicated risk by the spanish weather forecast on the day of the tour, we retain 25%.
